Refund Policy

1. Premium Subscription Refunds

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with the Goaly premium experience. To give you peace of mind, we offer a **14-day money-back guarantee** for first-time subscribers to our "Pro Elite" / "Professional Co-Pilot" plan ($25/month).

  • First-Time Purchases: If you cancel your subscription and request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full 100% refund of your first month's subscription fee.
  • Recurring Renewals: Monthly subscription renewals are processed automatically. Subsequent renewal payments are **non-refundable**. You can prevent future billing at any time by cancelling your plan via the Billing dashboard.
  • Failed Cancellations: It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds for forgotten cancellations.

2. Accountability Stakes & Goaly Points (GP)

Goaly's core attraction is its gamified commitment engine. To maintain the integrity, competition, and psychological effectiveness of the Accountability Staking system, we enforce a strict, zero-exception policy on gamified stakes:

STRICT STAKING CONTRACT — NO REFUNDS:

Goaly Points (GP) or designated accountability metrics committed to weekly earnings targets are **strictly non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be converted to cash or cash equivalents.**

When you enter a weekly stake, you agree to a binding gamified contract: hit your earnings target and keep your points; fail the target and your points are forfeit. Even in the event of personal emergencies, client delays, platform disputes, or temporary technical outages, stakes **cannot be manually restored or refunded**.

We do not sell Goaly Points (GP) for fiat currency as a cash-out mechanism, and GP has no real-world monetary value outside the Goaly application. Consequently, points lost due to failed targets or account deletions have a cash-equivalent value of $0.00 and are ineligible for billing disputes.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you are within the 14-day refund window for your initial Pro Elite subscription, you can easily request your refund by following these steps:

  1. Send an email from your registered Goaly account address to support@goaly.tech.
  2. Set the subject line to: Refund Request - [Your Account Email].
  3. Provide your billing name and the transaction ID or receipt number received from our payment processor.

Processing Time: Once approved, refund requests are processed within five to ten (5-10) business days. The funds will be returned directly to the original payment method utilized at checkout. Please note that card issuers and banks may require additional days to post the credit to your account.

4. Chargebacks & Account Terminations

If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or credit card reversal with your bank or credit card company for a valid subscription charge, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or permanently terminate your Goaly account and revoke access to the ledgers and AI Co-Pilot.
  • Forfeit and purge all accumulated Goaly Points (GP), active stakes, and historical calendars.
  • Ban your email address, phone number, and IP address from future registration.

We encourage you to contact support@goaly.tech first to resolve any billing confusion or billing issues before initiating a formal dispute with your bank.
